What happens after my 14-day trial ends?
Your data is completely safe. You'll be prompted to upgrade to the Pro plan (₹499/month). Until you subscribe, new operations will be paused — but all your existing invoices, stock, and party data stays intact.
Can I use Ganyat without internet?
Ganyat is a cloud-connected app — it needs an internet connection to sync data. We recommend at least a basic broadband or mobile hotspot for smooth operation.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), all Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and popular wallets — all via Razorpay's secure checkout.
Is there a refund policy?
If you face any issue within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.
