1. Use of the service
You may use GanyatPos to run your business in accordance with applicable Indian laws. Do not use the service for any activity that is unlawful or that could harm other users.
2. Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your Shop Code, password and PIN secret. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel anytime from inside the app. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may change with prior notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, resell access, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual property
GanyatPos and its trademarks are owned by us. You own your shop data. We claim no rights over the data you enter.
6. Disclaimer
GanyatPos is provided "as is". We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
